Operations and Maintenance: <br /> • The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br /> submitted. <br /> • Quarterly sample for fluoride was taken and found to be in compliance. <br /> • Quarterly sample for bacteriological organisms was negative. <br /> • Completed and submitted annual water usage report for 2007 to the Mn. Department of <br /> Natural Resources. <br /> • There are two backflow preventer devices that have never been checked at the plant and <br /> due to Mn. State regulations,these need to be checked and certified on an annual basis <br /> to ensure that they are working properly. (These devices prevent any contaminates from <br /> entering the public water supply.) I have scheduled these to be inspected, and will need <br /> to have a five year rebuild service performed on them, since they have never been <br /> inspected. <br /> • Contacted vendor KLM to perform the cleaning and inspection of the water tower. <br /> • Put together operation&maintenance task schedules for varying pieces of equipment. <br /> • Completed 7 work orders <br />
