Among them were: <br /> �-' • Completion of the Highway 371 Alternate Alignment study. <br /> • The City of Pequot Lakes completed the following amendments to the <br /> City's Land Use, and Subdivision Ordinance: <br /> -Ordinance Amendment Governing the Operation and Rehabilitation of <br /> Extractive Uses. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment Governing Administrative Fines and Violations. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment Establishing New Criteria for Park Dedication. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment to Modify Criteria Governing Individual Sewage <br /> Treatment Systems (ISTS). <br /> -Ordinance Amendment Regarding Review Responsibility for Final Plats. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment to Modify Height Limits in the Light Industrial <br /> District. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment to Modify Onsite Signs. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment to Modify Side Yard Setbacks in the Light Industrial <br /> District. <br /> -Ordinance Amendment Establishing Fence Standards in the Shoreline <br /> Residential Zone. <br /> • The City adopted and began implementation of three policies: <br /> -Policy for Issuance Administrative Fines for Zoning Offenses <br /> -Policy for Bonding Requirement for Required Improvements within <br /> Developments. <br /> -Policy for Determining Park Dedication, Land and Fee Requirements. <br /> • The City successfully resolved 19 outstanding Violations. <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING 2007 REPORT <br />
