The selection committee has determined that preservation projects should
receive high priority in determining the funding allocations this year. This would include resurfacing
projects with associated safety improvements such as paved shoulders, installation of turn/bypass lanes,
enhanced pavement markings, etc.
The project that we propose to submit for funding that is located within your political boundaries is
below:
CSAH 11 from east of CR 112 to CSAH 4
The exact starting location will be dependent upon the proposed TH 371 alignment. The selected
projects would be able to receive funding for construction in 2012. While we would hope that these
projects could proceed prior to that time,a realistic look at budgets and other commitments may not
make that possible.
We are requesting that the City put together a letter of support and/or resolution showing support for
this application. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office. Thank you for your attention
to our request.
Si cere y,
obert Hall
Assistant County Engineer
AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
