Zoning Administrator's Report A. March Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. Pequot Lakes Splash Pad Committee,Trailside Park,for an accessory structure. B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. March 16 letter to Northbound Landscaping&Dock Service LLC regarding use of property; 2. March 17 Northern Lakes Rescue regarding use of property; 3. March 21 letter to Randy and Nichole Loukota regarding Metes and Bounds Subdivision approval; 4. March 21 letter to John and Caroljean Weise regarding potential violation; 5. March 22 letter to John Olson regarding Conditional Use Permit approval; 6. March 22 letter to Raoul and Theresa Warzecha regarding Variance approval; 7. March 22 letter to David Marcum regarding Conditional Use Permit approval; 8. April 8 letter to Colton Makowsky regarding receipt of site suitability reports; 9. April 8 email from Northern Lakes Rescue regarding use of property. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. > Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance in 2017. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. (6/16) > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) > Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage. Staff has contacted individual occupying parcel. Numerous items have been removed. Staff (4/20) > Lonesome Real Estate LLC— Offsite Sign. (5/20) > John&Sarah Olson— Exterior Maintenance.
