Mark Jurchen presented <br /> this information to the Economic Development Commission (EDC) and will <br /> provide an overview of the attached information. The EDC requested Mr. <br /> Jurchen to present this to the Planning Commission to consider whether or not <br /> the City Code should be amended to allow Auxiliary Dwelling Units as alternative <br /> housing. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission should <br /> review the attached information prior to the meeting. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report 5.2-1 <br /> April 21,2022 <br />
