City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota will meet at <br />the Pequot Lakes City Hall, 4638 Main Street, Pequot Lakes Minnesota, at 6:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, April 12 to consider the making of improvements to the following roadway segment, <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. § §429.011 to 429.111. <br />• Roadway reconstruction on Coleman Drive from Pequot Boulevard to the end of <br />Coleman Drive. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is property abutting the roadway <br />segment described above. <br />The estimated cost of the improvement is $240,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the <br />assessment will be available at the hearing. A copy of the project Feasibility Report and <br />Improvement Hearing PowerPoint presentation can be viewed on the City of Pequot Lakes <br />website. Any questions regarding the project can be directed to the Project Engineer, Tim Houle, <br />at 218 - 316 -3646 or email: tim.m.houle@widseth.com. <br />Persons wishing to comment or address Council regarding the proposed improvements will be <br />heard at this meeting. Comments can also be provided in advance of the meeting via email at <br />cityhall @pequotlakes- mn.gov or mail at Pequot Lakes City Hall, 4638 Main Street, Pequot <br />Lakes, MN 56472.
