Call Meeting to Order <br /> 1.2 Roll Call <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> There were no additions or deletions to Agenda. <br /> 3. Public Hearings <br /> Commission Member Ellering moved to open Public Hearings. Commission <br /> Member E. Larson seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Commission member Ellering moved to remove the agenda item 3.1 from <br /> the table. Commission member Gonczy seconded the motion. Motion <br /> carried 7-0. <br /> 3.1 Raoul and Theresa Warzecha,Applicants <br /> Applicants request a Variance to construct a dwelling within the setback of <br /> West Twin Lake <br /> Application No. 22-04 <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicants were present. <br /> Commission Member Norton inquired if the drainage area can be built in the lake <br /> setback.
