Discussion ensued regarding the goal of the Committee. Mayor Gardner and <br /> Commission Member Ellering would like to abolish the Patriot Avenue Redesign <br /> Committee at this time. Planning Commission Members Ellering and Gonczy have <br /> resigned from the committee due to scheduling conflicts. <br /> 6. Old Business <br /> 7. Approval of Minutes <br /> 7.1 Approval of January 20, 2022, Minutes <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member E. Larson, seconded <br /> by Planning Commission Member Ellering,to approve the January 20, <br /> 2022, Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> 8. P&Z Administrator's Report <br /> 8.1 Permits&Correspondence <br /> Bittner pointed out the 2 permits issued in January and February and the 7 letters sent. <br /> 8.2 Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions <br /> The following were discussed: <br /> 1. Lonesome Real Estate LLC— Offsite Sign. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the offsite sign ordinance. Ms. Bittner asked the Planning <br /> Commission is behind the revised sign ordinance. Consensus of the Commission is they <br /> are in,support of staff pursuing the violation. <br /> 9. Adjournment <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Ellering, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member E. Larson,to adjourn the meeting. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried.
