The Metes and Bounds <br /> Subdivision can be approved administratively by Staff if the following requirements are <br /> met: <br /> 1. Both of the resulting parcels shall be 10 acres or greater and 500 feet in width or <br /> greater; <br /> 2. The subdivision shall be limited to no more than one split of a parcel into two <br /> parcels in a three-year period of time; <br /> 3. The proposed legal description for subdivision of land by metes and bounds shall <br /> be prepared and certified by a Licensed Land Surveyor; <br /> 4. Approval by the City shall be indicated by the stamp of approval affixed by the <br /> City Clerk to said legal description. The County Recorder or Registrar of Deeds <br /> may accept each such Certificate for filing and recording upon compliance with <br /> these provisions. <br /> I have not received the Certificate of Survey with the legal descriptions. As soon as I <br /> receive same I will approve and stamp the City's approval.
