Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. January/February Permits: The following permits were issued <br /> over the last month by the Zoning Department: <br /> 1. John&Katherine Utter, 5592 Lady Slipper Drive,for an accessory structure; <br /> 2. John Norlin, 3558 Rickard Road,for an accessory structure. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. January 24 letter to Andrew Akerson regarding metes and bounds <br /> subdivision approval; <br /> 2. February 2 letter to Douglas Boschee and Boschee Sisters LLC regarding <br /> recent amendment to Maximum Accessory Structure Size in the Shoreline <br /> Residential zone; <br /> 3. February 2 letter to Salvatore Sposito regarding potential metes and bounds <br /> subdivision; <br /> 4. February 3 letter to John Olson regarding need for a CUP; <br /> 5. February 4 letter to Gregory and Charlene Seils regarding return of <br /> applications and application fees; <br /> 6. February 4 letter to Raoul&Theresa Warzecha regarding 60-day extension <br /> of review period; <br /> 7. February 14 letter to Northbound Landscaping&Dock Service regarding <br /> need for CUP. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> > Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> in 2017. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. <br /> (6/16) <br /> > Timothy&Kristi Crist—Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) <br /> > Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage. Staff has contacted <br /> individual occupying parcel. Numerous items have been removed. Staff <br /> (4/20) <br /> > Lonesome Real Estate LLC— Offsite Sign. (5/20) <br /> > John&Sarah Olson— Exterior Maintenance. (8/20) <br /> > Joseph&Joann Lutter—After-the-Fact Land Use Permit.
