<br /> Background Information: The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use
<br /> Permit to operate a dock and lift sales and service business located at 29665
<br /> Patriot Avenue in the Commercial zoning classification. Operation of a dock and
<br /> lift sales and service business would be considered a "Commercial Use, Other" in
<br /> the Land Use Matrix, requiring a Conditional Use Permit.
<br /> The subject property is 2 acres in size and contains a 60' X 75' commercial
<br /> building with existing fencing from the building facade to the side lot lines
<br /> enclosing the sides and rear of the property. The property is served by a private
<br /> water supply and a private sewer system. The sewer system is designed for 250
<br /> gallons per day and was installed in 2002; the applicant has provided a
<br /> Compliance Inspection Report indicating compliance dated December 1, 2021.
