<br /> classification. Operation of a shuffle service would be considered a "Commercial
<br /> Use, Other" in the Land Use Matrix, requiring a Conditional Use Permit.
<br /> Applicant proposes to perform minor mechanic maintenance, such as oil
<br /> changes, tire, and brake work on his own vehicles. Applicant does not propose to
