Award Presentations <br /> Chief Jerry Braam presented a Heart Saver award to First Responders <br /> Jeremie Bridge, John Wasserbauer, and Rick Fox and to Officer Josh <br /> Gartner for exemplary service. <br /> 10.1. Contract with Matt Mallie <br /> No action was taken on this item as the City has not received a contract to <br /> renew services with Mr. Mallie. The Council tabled this to the February <br /> Council meeting. <br /> 10.2. Emergency Preparedness Plan <br /> The Clerk noted that she would like all corrections and amendments <br /> forwarded to her so that the plan can be finalized. She stated that if the <br /> Council had no issues that the plan would be on the February Consent <br /> `.- agenda for Council adoption. <br /> 10.3. Police Officer Resiqnation <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ACCEPT LIMITED PART TIME <br /> POLICE OFFICER, HOLLY AILT'S, RESIGNATION. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0. <br /> 10.4. Reassignment of Job Classification <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO TABLE THIS ISSUE <br /> UNTIL THE FEBRUARY 5T" COUNCIL MEETING, PER ADVICE FROM <br /> THE CITY ATTORNEY DUE TO THE STATUS QUO ORDER SERVED <br /> BY THE BUREAU OF MEDIATION SERVICES.
