RESOLUTION 22-09 <br /> A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING PRECINCT AND POLLING PLACE <br /> FOR THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute section 204B.14, subd. 3(d)requires that precinct <br /> boundaries must be re-established within 60 days of when the legislature <br /> has been redistricted, or at least 19 weeks before the state primary <br /> election,whichever comes first. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, County of Crow Wing, and State of Minnesota hereby re-establishes the <br /> boundaries of the voting precincts and polling places: <br /> • Precinct 1: Precinct 1 encompasses the entire city limits and boundaries of <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> • Polling Place: Cole Memorial Building,4285 Tower Square <br /> Attached to this resolution, for illustrative purposes,is a map showing said precincts and <br /> the location of each polling place. <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 1 day of March, 2022. <br /> Tyler Gardner,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> "P <br /> Richard Spic a, City Administrator <br />
