NOTICE REGARDING DISCLOSURE OF CONTENTS OF DOCUMENT <br /> All submissions and responses to this Request for Proposal accepted by the City of Pequot Lakes shall <br /> become the exclusive property of the City at the time an agreement is reached with a party who has <br /> submitted a proposal <br /> Introduction <br /> The City of Pequot Lakes is looking to add housing in our community in the form of single family homes <br /> in the Trailside Estates Development. The development is currently owned by the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> The goal is to fully develop the neighborhood by December 31",2024 with approximately 20 new single <br /> family homes. When the City selects its partner,it would work out the mechanics of timelines for selling <br /> lots to the chosen developer and the details surrounding that layer of the agreement. <br /> Trailside Estates <br /> The Trailside Estates neighborhood can be found off of Rassmussmen Road approximately 4 blocks <br /> north of Main Street. The development consists of two streets,Isabelle Drive and Paul Circle. It does <br /> not contain a through street,so the entire development is accessed at the one point where Rassmussen <br /> Road and Isabelle Drive intersect. The development contains 20 newly replatted lots that average just <br /> over a 1/3 of an acre. All lots are located on tar streets with City Water and Sewer stubs already in place <br /> and WAC/SAC hookup fees already paid. <br /> Vision for the Development <br /> The City is looking for a partner to create 20 single family homes in the neighborhood of similar design <br /> and aesthetic. The goal is to create a uniform and united look to the neighborhood as well as provide a <br /> variety of floor plans and options. The topography of the development would allow single level,split <br /> level,tuck under and walkout type homes depending on the lot. <br />
