Gardner <br /> * Call Regular Meeting to Order <br /> 3:00p.m. Board Chair Dullum called the meeting to order. <br /> * Consider Agenda/Changes <br /> No Changes <br /> * Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br /> Motion to accept the Minutes (September). <br /> Moved by Botham, Seconded by Eastvold, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept the Payment of the Bills. <br /> Moved by Botham, Seconded by Dittes, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept the Financials (Last Months). <br /> Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Botham, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> * West Grove <br /> $20 Rent increase effective June 1'` giving tenants 90 day notice. <br /> * Sibley Terrace <br /> Boiler, fire panel and extinguisher inspections are completed. <br /> Decision on opening community room kitchen questioned as to how to account for <br /> cleaning. It was decided that kitchen only to be used by reservation with a non- <br /> refundable $25 deposit to cover cleaning costs. <br /> Motion to keep kitchen closed unless reserved with a non-refundable $25 deposit to <br /> cover cleaning cost. <br /> Moved by Eastvold, Seconded by Botham, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Sanitizer in kitchen is owned by LSS and must be removed if not working per the REAC <br /> inspector. <br /> * ParkView <br /> Fire panel and tagging completed. PVH unit not quite ready, needs carpet yet and is on <br /> the schedule. <br /> *Alpine <br /> AFHMP for submission. Rent increase of$50 posted and sent to residents. Reserve <br /> withdrawal was approved by RD. <br /> *Executive Director's Report <br /> January had been a busy month with 5 inspections and numerous changes to <br /> document sumbissions. <br /> *Maintenance Report <br /> Boiler inspection went well. David is now a licensed special engineer for Sibley's boiler <br /> system. Setting new policy regards coordinating plowing at each site. Tom's contract <br /> has ended and Logan was hired for snow plowing. Waiting on call from SCR regards <br /> plumbing issue at PVII. <br />
