There are no City utilities within the R/W in the project area. Private utilities were not located as
part of this Study but may exist within the project area.
Figure 2 shows the intersection of Pequot Boulevard and Coleman Drive. This segment of the
roadway has a steep elevation drop as one continues west towards the end of the road. There are
no ditches, just lowland/wetland on each side of the road. Surface drainage from the road drains
directly into the lowland/wetland areas, and eventually into Sibley Lake. The elevation of this
intersection is approximately 1260.
I
' +An iset,. rte? I,' ! f., t r.•;,• , 4+:- ~• ••,P'"'S'
- 1."-iy r ;1 i ,.t. There are two homes on
the north side of Coleman Drive that are situated very close to the R/W, making any elevation
adjustment improvements to the roadway difficult.
CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES Page 4 FEASIBILITY REPORT
WIDSETH PROJECT NO.2021-12098 COLEMAN DRIVE
