Katzenberger, D. Delong, B Moser, T. <br /> Gardner, C. Nelson, L. Youngberg, E. Hanneman <br /> *Call Public Meeting to Order <br /> 2:00 p.m. D. Botham called Public Hearing to order. <br /> The draft for 5 year action plan for Sibley Terrace was reviewed and discussed <br /> Motion to accept the 5 year action plan draft. <br /> Moved by Ridgley, Seconded by Eastvold, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> 2:10 p.m. D. Botham closed Public Hearing. <br /> * Call Regular Meeting to Order <br /> 2:10p.m. Vice Chair Botham called the meeting to order. <br /> * Consider Agenda/Changes <br /> No Changes <br /> * Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br /> Motion to accept the Minutes (September). <br /> Moved by Ridgley, Seconded by Eastvold, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept the Payment of the Bills. <br /> Moved by Eastvold, Seconded by Dittes, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept the Financials (Last Months). <br /> Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Ridgley, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> * West Grove <br /> Report of OI submitted to Crow Wing County. Remains 100°a occupied. <br /> * Sibley Terrace <br /> Required Annual State boiler inspection coming up. <br /> * ParkView <br /> MN Power compiling documents for utility analysis submission in February. <br /> *Alpine <br /> Utility analysis complete, Rural Development has budget and waiting on approval. <br /> * Executive Director's Report <br /> Working on CRP's and will be out by deadline of 1/31/22. HAI insurance, HRA's <br /> property insurance, renewal signed. <br /> *Maintenance Report <br /> REAC inspection score same as last inspection (87/100) with only 2 EH&S infractions <br /> which have been corrected. Continuing with maintenance work on all buildings. <br /> * Other Business <br /> No business <br /> * Open Forum <br /> Sibley resident requested possibly a bigger fridge for meals on wheels. T. Gardner <br /> possibly has one to donate to Sibley. Same resident asked about opening back up the <br /> kitchen. Executive Director stated the Board had closed it and will need to be the ones <br /> to re-open it. A vote regarding opening the kitchen will be addressed at next meeting. <br />
