On 12/13/2021,the Pequot Lakes School superintendent along with principals from the high <br /> school, middle school, and elementary school, assisted Pequot Lakes Police Chief Kiang, <br /> Sergeant Franz, Officer Fyle, Officer Petersen, and Officer Davis with the investigation at the <br /> Pequot Lakes Police Department. All worked tirelessly throughout the day investigating the <br /> threat, interviewing approximately a dozen students that day alone. It is estimated that officers <br /> worked approximately 110 hours investigating and processing evidence. <br /> In the end,officers located the origin of the picture and determined there was no direct safety <br /> threat towards the school and classes resumed the following day.The Minnesota Bureau of <br /> Criminal Apprehension and Breezy Point Police Department assisted in the investigation. At this <br /> time,the case is being reviewed by the Crow Wing County Attorney's Office. <br /> 2 <br />
