Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Gardner called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to order at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> 1.1. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Gardner led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 2. 2022 Work Plan <br /> Discussion ensued regarding: <br /> • Starting the Patriot Avenue Redesign Team/Project <br /> • Promotional City of Pequot Lakes video February meeting <br /> • Separate the maximum amount of land from the HOTGL TIF district and <br /> redefine housing <br /> • Ballfields in the HOTGL discussions to start again with the new <br /> Superintendent <br /> • Assessment Committee meeting for Coleman Drive on February 1St <br /> • Conclusion to the Cooperative Road Project <br /> • Have Widseth bring prior plans for Nelson/Wild Acres to Council <br /> • Added Splashpad, Nelson/Wild Acres and bathroom to future projects <br /> 3. HRA Discussion <br /> Michael Ridgley, Debbie Botham, and Pat Dittes were present to represent the <br /> HRA Commission. <br /> Mayor Gardner gave an overview of the packet information. <br />
