Performs a variety of routine finance and <br /> administrative support eler-ieal duties to support the City Clerk's Office. Serves as the <br /> main public and phone contact for the City. <br /> Job Duties: <br /> 1. Utility Billing Duties. <br /> A. Performs water and sewer billing duties. <br /> B. Answers calls and inquiries regarding utility billing issues. <br /> C. Generates and reviews computer reports. <br /> D. Compiles data for water/sewer budgeted revenue. <br /> E. Prepares information for accounts for collections and/or tax certification. <br /> 2. Reeeptionist Du4ies. Administrative Duties <br /> A. Responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls. <br /> B. Greets, assists and directs public as they enter City Hall. <br /> C. Copies and assembles eetineil meeting agenda packets. <br /> D. Processes reservations for City parks and buildings. <br /> E Maiiitains filing systems r^r City Clerks ,.�.Performs records <br /> management duties. <br /> F. Responsible for word processing letters, memos, resolutions, licenses, <br /> business cards, etc. <br /> G. Assists Clerk's Office with election process. <br /> H. Maintains key holder list in Clerk's Department. <br /> I. Enters information on City's Website. <br />
