The subject <br /> property is approximately 25 acres and contains a single family dwelling and six <br /> accessory structures. The property also contains a private sewer system and water well. <br /> All structures on the property are conforming to Rural Residential requirements. <br /> The subject property is bordered to the north, south and west by the City of Jenkins. The <br /> adjacent property located east of the subject property is zoned "Rural Residential." The <br /> future land use map identifies the property as"Forest Preservation." <br /> The Planning Commission has approved subdivide request to divide the subject property <br /> into two tracts.
