The city or township "is considered to have approved the <br /> classification and sale if the county board is not notified of the disapproval.....within 60 days <br /> of the date" of this letter. <br /> If you respond within 60 days and do not support the County Board's action, "the County Board <br /> must follow the procedures in paragraphs (c) and(d), with regard to the parcel, and must <br /> additionally cause to be published in a newspaper a notice of the date, time, location, and <br /> purpose of the required meeting. <br /> According to MS 282.0 1, Subdivision 1, If the town or city `fails to submit an application and <br /> a resolution of the board or governing body to acquire the property within the six month <br /> withholding period, the county may offer the property for sale upon expiration of the <br /> withholding period" <br /> AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br />
