They are forwarding you three recommendations at this time. <br /> Recommendation #1: Deny ordinance amendment regarding "digital signs." The <br /> applicants are Post#49 American Legion, Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce- <br /> Pequot Office&Pequot Lakes Public Schools.Application 14-4274• <br /> Recommendation #2: Approve rezoning request from "Forest Management" to <br /> "Rural Residential." The applicants are William and Ruth Habein.Application 14-4259 <br /> Recommendation #3: Allow the direct sale of a tax forfeited parcel to an adjacent <br /> property owner. <br /> Additional information these recommendations are included with this report. <br /> I plan to be in attendance of the upcoming meeting.
