City Council Minutes <br />May 6, 2014 <br />Page2of8 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1. Audit Presentation <br />Doug Host and Mary Reedy presented the audit findings for 2013. Doug <br />Host stated that they encountered no difficulties or disagreements with the <br />audits and no legal compliance findings. He stated that the City was <br />issued a clean audit. Mr. Host noted that this was the first time that there <br />were no material audit adjustments and commended the City on that fact. <br />Mr. Host noted that the City has implemented a lot of changes to address <br />the segregation of duties issue. Mary Reedy reviewed the funds and noted <br />that the City is financially stable with a strong fund balance. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE 2013 AUDIT. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />5.2. Audit Proposal <br />The City Clerk reviewed the audit proposal from CliftonLarsonAllen. The <br />proposal is for three years with audit charges of $18,950 for the first year, <br />$19,450 for the second year and $19,950 for the third year. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL <br />FOR 2014 THROUGH 2O16 AUDITS. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />6.1. Planning Commission Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />6.2. Wellhead Protection Plan Update <br />Dawn Bittner reviewed the implementation activities that will take place in <br />the wellhead protection plan in 2014. <br />6.3. Well Sealing Proiect <br />
