V4��enever the officer charged with enforc��ent <br />determines that a publie nuisance is being maintained ar exists on pr�mises in the <br />City, the offieer shall noii�y in writi�g the owner ar occupant af the prernises of <br />such fact and order tha� such n�isance be terminated and abated.
