Public Nuisance. Whoever by i�is act or failure to perform a legal duty <br />intentionalIy does any of the fallowing is guiZty af maintaining a public nuisance, which <br />is a misdemeanor: <br />a. Maintains or permits a conditio� whieh unreasonabiy annays, injvres, or <br />endangers the safety, t�ealth, moraIs, comfort, or repose of any considerable <br />nunnber of inembers of the public; or <br />b. Interferes with, obstructs, or rende�s dangerous for passage, any public highway <br />or r�ght-of-way, or waters usec� by the public; or <br />c.
