RESOLUTION #09- <br />A RESOLUTION OF <br />THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br />ADOPTING 2010 GENERAL FUND TAX LEVY <br />WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council has reviewed the City's anticipated <br />2010 revenues and expenditures for all funds; and <br />WHEREAS, revenues from sources other than property taxes are not sufficient <br />to meet anticipated expenditures of all funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council held a Public Hearing on December <br />1, 2009, and received public input on the tax levy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Pequot Lakes, County of Crow Wing, Minnesota, that the following sum of money <br />be levied upon the taxable property in the City of Pequot Lakes to be collectible <br />in 2010 <br />General Levy $1,446,000 <br />Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 1St day of December 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra A.
