Juliet Lilgaroth,44.g9 East Grove Street,to remove and replace a porch; <br /> 2. Premier Homes, Inc.,�Little Walnut Lane,for 2 Land Use Permits for <br /> new construction. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> i. November 6letter to Lisa Gonsorowsla regarding need for a CUP to operate <br /> a hair salon in the Urban Residential Zoning Classification; <br /> 2. November 9letter to Yves Alexis Hart regarding resolution of violation; <br /> 3. November 2q.letter to Lester Weber regarding metes and bounds <br /> subdivision approval. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> in 2oi�.
