The CGI
Planning Team has the expertise to deliver on these items without additional outside cost.
* *Note: We have recommended that the City budget $39,000 as a total cost for 2008. The
additional $6,000 is to be used, at the City's request and discretion, for additional planning work, as
needed. Community Growth Institute will continue to track all requested additional work so that
the City can continue to seek reimbursement from applicants and those with violations, as per City
Policy.
