Angie Duus
From: Dan Ronning
Sent: Wednesday, December 2, 2020 11:03 AM D
To Angie Duus
Subject: City Council seat appointment
DEC 0 2 P02p
Angie, I'm interested in applying for the open City Council seat. Here's my info: By
I am currently serving on the Pequot Lakes Park Commission and serving my 3rd term as its chairman.
I have lived in Pequot Lakes for Approx.7 years.
Pretty sure most of the current City Council members know me from my park board experience, and I know them.So
there probably isn't much reason to go into a lot of detail about myself, but for those that don't know me,here are a
few things;
1.) I have a pretty good knowtedge of what's going on in the city from being on the park board and attending many city
council meetings.
2.) I am a retired business man with 47 years of management experience (Dist. Mgr)with one of the largest
convenience store chains in the upper Midwest.
3.) I have attended many training sessions in Human Resources, supervision, and overall sales and budgeting.
4.) 1 have lots of interviewing experience and have been a leader in setting up and starting new stores.
It would be an honor for me to serve the people of Pequot Lakes as a City Councilman.
Thank You
Dan Ronning
Sent from my iPad
1
