It is important to note that the full ta�c impact to property owners includes <br /> the following. <br /> • The general revenue tax levy of$1,828,455. <br /> • The tax abatement levy of$18,080. <br /> • The total levy amount of$1,846,535. <br /> • The HRA levy of$46,247. <br /> A. Bud,get and Levy Presentation <br /> B. Public Hearin�Lon Bud�ets and Levies —The Council is required to <br /> allow citizens to speak on the proposed budgets and levies prior to the <br /> Council setting the final budgets and levies. <br /> C. Adoption of 2021 City Bud�—The Council must adopt the final tax <br /> levy budgets, the special revenue budgets, the enterprise budgets, and <br /> the HRA budget before December 28th <br /> D. Consider Tax Lev,y Resolutions - The City must certify final property <br /> tax levies to the County Auditor by December 2gtn <br />
