My observations discovered fence height between 37 inches and 4i inches in height. Per City Code,the following must be addressed within the next thirty(30) days (by November 5, 2020): • Fence height within the 75-foot setback of West T�vin Lake shall be reduced to no more than 36 inches on the north and south; • Fence height shall not exceed�2 inches outside the 75-foot setback. As opposed to initiating formal enforcement action against you for a violation of the City Code,we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than November 5, 202o you perform all of the actions listed above. Failure to comply with the City Code by November 5, 2020, will prompt us to initiate enforcement action up to and including criminal prosecution or other civil legal action to remedy the above-described violations.
