All landscaping shall be properly <br /> maintained so as to preserve planting in a live state and free of noxious weeds. <br /> i. Declaration of nuisance. Buildings, fences, and other structures that have <br /> 1 <br /> "This institution is an equal oppomcnity provider and employer." <br />
