<br /> It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that Mr. Kennedy perform the
<br /> following tasks for his property to be in compliance:
<br /> 1. Remove the trees growing in the perennial garden;
<br /> 2. Remove and/or clean up the overgrown walkway;
<br /> 3. Trim the overgrown plants growing around the pergola.
<br /> Chair Birch will provide a report to the Planning Commission of Mr. Kennedy's
<br /> efforts.
