AGENDA ITEM #10.1.B <br /> Cit�+ Of <br /> Pequot <br /> Lakes— -_ <br /> REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> Report Prepared by: Angie Duus <br /> Date: October 6, 2020 <br /> Subject: Pequot Lakes Industrial Park Lot 1, Block 2 — Real Property Intended <br /> Use Extension — Dotty Holdings <br /> Report: Mr. John Dotty who is requesting a one-year extension to complete <br /> condition #3 (new office building) on the warranty deed for his Lot 1, Block 2, <br /> Pequot Lakes Industrial Park property due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Mr. Dotty <br /> stated in his letter that construction would start first thing in the spring of 2021. <br /> At the September 15t'' Economic Development Commission Meeting, the EDC <br /> recommended the Council approve Mr. Dotty's request and to have condition #3 <br /> on the warranty deed to be completed by November 2, 2021. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to approve the one year extension to <br /> complete condition #3 on the warranty deed by November 2, 2021. <br />
