-After calling the Former Flag Vendor to replace the 58 flags he'd bid in June, it was told he was 3 <br /> flags short of all that he'd ordered due to supply issues. This <br /> should last several weeks. <br /> 11)Fire hydrants on the City's water distribution system will be flushed, flagged, and oiled <br /> on T'hursday, September 17�'.
