City of <br />�- <br />Pequott <br />Lakes— <br />`1 <br />AGENDA ITEM #11.2 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: August 4, 2009 <br />Subject: Revised Job Descriptions <br />Report: At the last Job Evaluation Committee meeting the <br />committee was asked to consider amendments to job descriptions <br />submitted by department heads. Attached are the job descriptions <br />with amendments recommended by the committee. <br />• Water /Wastewater Operator <br />• City Clerk/Treasurer <br />• Office Assistant <br />• Finance Administrator <br />• Zoning Administrator <br />• Police Chief <br />The committee felt that none of the amendments related to more <br />than a 20% change in job duties. If job duty changes are less than <br />20 %, no change in points or pay is considered. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion approving the <br />recommended amendments to the attached job descriptions. <br />
