City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes— <br />AGENDA ITEM #11.6 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Report by Sandy Peine <br />Date: January 8, 2013 <br />Subiect: IT Service Agreement <br />Report: Staff is requesting the Council to approve the <br />attached Service Agreement with Cascade Computers. <br />This Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney. <br />Staff received proposal from four companies. Nancy <br />Malecha and I met with representatives of each company <br />who submitted proposals. After reviewing the proposals, it <br />is our recommendation to continue working with Cascade <br />Computers. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion to approve <br />the attached Service Agreement with Cascade Computers. <br />
