The following items must be addressed within the next <br /> thirty(30) days (by July 24, 2020): <br /> • Reduce the size of the"deck"by 50%; <br /> • Complete the steps as discussed during onsite visit August 6, 2018; <br /> • Provide photographs indicating the above has taken place or invite me for an <br /> onsite visit to document completion. <br /> As opposed to initiating formal enforcement action against you for a violation of the City <br /> Code,we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are <br /> requesting that by no later than July 24, 202o you perform all of the actions <br /> listed above. <br /> Failure to comply with the City Code by July 24, 2020, will prompt us to initiate <br /> enforcement action up to and including criminal prosecution or other civil legal action <br /> to remedy the above-described violations.
