We have <br /> researched your concerns and our findings are below: <br /> The banner attached to the semi-trailer would be considered an offsite sign because it is <br /> not located on the contiguously owned property with the use which is being advertised. <br /> The banner would not be considered a moving sign as the City Code does not address <br /> mobile signs. A"portable"sign would require a permit if the sign is posted for more <br /> than i4 days in a 9o-day period. <br /> My letter dated May 20, 202o did outline enforcement for failure to comply with <br /> removal of the sign by June 20, 2020, including administrative penalties in the amount <br /> of$loo.00 per day for each day the violation continues. Since this response was not <br /> timely,we are hereby eutending the deadline to resolve the violation until <br /> June 30, 2020. Please remove the sign from the semi-trailer by this <br /> deadline. <br /> We would appreciate your assistance at remedying the above issue by the specified <br /> "This instztutzon zs an equal opportunity provider and employer." <br />
