i. Existing trees and vegetation between the dwelling and the OHW shall remain in <br /> a live state to provide screening as viewed from the lake. In the event the existing <br /> trees and vegetation dies or is damaged by a natural event, additional trees and <br /> vegetation shall be planted to provide screening as viewed from the lake. <br /> 2. The loft area of the structure may only be utilized as an open area or storage space. <br /> 3. The City <br /> Administrator has begun the process to adv��j�e the vas�ncy and wondered if the <br /> Planning Commission Members had any candiiia��s i����rid to fill the poisition. <br /> 5.2 Heart of the Good Life Development — �t��et Name <br /> Bittner reported the City is moving fc�rward with the Pr��i�inary Plat for the <br /> development south of D���isen Road.��There will��be a new�i�street as part of the plat <br /> and asked the Plann��;��ti��ission to email sugges#ed nam�`to her by June 25. <br /> Suggestions will go���he City�nuncil at their July�meeting. <br /> 6. Old Business ` <br /> Commissioner Hailan state(�the E���ti�e Use Permit applicants have obtained the <br /> correct��dustrial Activity Per��t from t�ie<S�te and that he has reviewed same. Ms. <br /> Bittner stated she received the P�rformance�ond and will be in contact with the <br /> applicants�t�at they have mEt the'ir s�bmittal approval. <br /> Chair Birch noted he is very pleased that the City followed the Street Standards <br /> developed earlier in the design of the Rasmussen Road and South Washington Avenue <br /> street improvements. The project is almost complete and has slowed traffic down and <br /> looks great. <br /> �.
