Call Meetinq to Order <br /> Chair Ronning called the meeting to ord�r=at 5:01 p;m. <br /> 2. Consider Aaenda <br /> COMMISSIONER MELBY MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS <br /> PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONbE� THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 3. Park Commission Mir�utes <br /> COMMISSIOfi�ER JOHNSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE MARCH 14, 2020, <br /> PARK COIIAM�SSION M��IUTES AS READ. COMMISSIONER BOUCHER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTIt)N:`MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 4. Armed Services Flap bisplav <br /> Ms. Bittner gave an update on the progress of the project. Ms. Bittner stated that <br /> Nancy Malecha and Jason Gorr are in the process of getting two bids for the <br /> project. Ms. Malecha and Mr. Gorr will bring both proposals to the Commission in <br /> July. The project will start after Labor Day due to events happening in the park <br /> during the summer. <br /> 5. Bands in the Park <br /> Ms. Peterson stated the July 4�' parade has been cancelled. She asked the <br /> Commission their opinion on a start time for the band on that day. The original <br /> start time was immediately following the parade, which would have been <br /> approximately 1:00 pm and the consensus of the Commission was to start the <br /> band at 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. <br />
