I am honored and grateful to have <br /> served the Pequot Lakes community for the past 18 years and it has been a <br /> privilege to work alongside all of you during my tenure. Thank you for <br /> everything! <br /> Attached please find a cover letter, proposal, and profile sample from David <br /> Drown Associates to conduct a City Administrator search for the City. Liza <br /> Donabauer from David Drown Associates will be present at the Council Meeting <br /> to review this information and address any questions the Council may have. <br /> Council Action Requested: <br /> 1. Council acknowledgement of Nancy Malecha's resignation as City <br /> Administrator. <br /> 2. Council motion accepting the City Administrator search proposal <br /> from David Drown Associates in the amount of$21,000 with the <br /> potential to receive $7,500 to be paid by Sourcewell. <br />
