Also create a maintenance program to have a service contract for appliances. Furniture in community room cleaned. <br /> *ParkView <br /> 100%occupied. Furniture in community room cleaned. <br /> *Alpine <br /> Will be starting market analysis for possible re-designation into Public Housing, working with Rural <br /> Development. <br /> *Executive Director's Renort <br /> Received disaster response guidelines from State. No implementation needed at this moment. <br /> Tenant Handbook updated. Motion to accept updated Tenant Handbook. <br /> Moved by Dullum, Seconded by Eastvold, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> *Maintenance Reuort <br /> Working on vacant units. Project list is growing longer. It takes 8+ hours to mow and trim all projects. (4 <br /> city blocks) 1 bid is $2,800/month and another bid is $1,200/month. <br /> Motion to accept the bid for$1,200/month for lawn mowing. <br /> Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Eastvold, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> *Other Business <br /> Need to advertise for part-time maintenance help. 5 days/week at 20 hours. <br /> *Oqen Forum <br /> D.
