Ms. Bittner stated that <br /> Nancy Malecha antl Jason�orr are in the process of getting two bids for the <br /> proje�f: Ms. Malecha and Mr. Gorr will bring both proposals to the Commission in <br /> July. Th� project wii� start after Labor Day due to events happening in the park <br /> during the summer. <br /> 5. Bands in the �ark <br /> Ms. Peterson stated the July 4th parade has been cancelled. She asked the <br /> Commission their opinion on a start time for the band on that day. The original <br /> start time was immediately following the parade, which would have been <br /> approximately 1:00 pm and the consensus of the Commission was to start the <br /> band at 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. <br />
