MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION/ <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> APRIL i6, 2020 <br /> PRESENT: Andrew Birch, Laura Larson, Nathan Norton, and Wesley Wilson. <br /> ABSENT: Mark Hallan,Tom Paulbeck, and Christopher Savino. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, Sourcewell <br /> ZONING SPECIALIST: Dawn Bittner <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Jennifer Peterson <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Cheri Seils <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chair Birch at 6:oi PM. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> APPLICANI': North Fork Boulders& Excavating <br /> Applicant requests an Interim Use Permit for an Extractive Use in the <br /> Agriculture District <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was present. <br /> Chair Birch inquired about the property existing in the extractive use area. Mr. Burslie <br /> stated this property is already in the Extractive Use Overlay Zone. Chair Birch asked Mr. <br /> Burslie if the Commission can require some or all of the required documents be <br /> presented to the Commission before the approval of the permit. Chair Birch was <br /> concerned the Commission did not receive a complete application. Mr. Burslie stated <br /> that request is not unreasonable. <br /> Commissioner Norton and Commissioner Larson would like to have the Storm Water <br /> Prevention and Pollution Plan be submitted to the Zoning Administrator before <br /> Commission approval. Commissioner Wilson is concerned about speed and condition of <br /> the road, as well as the amount of residential traffic. Commissioner Larson had concerns <br /> regarding the hours of operation which are 6:0o AM to 6:0o PM are fairly early in the <br /> morning and late in the evening. <br /> Chair Birch and the Commission is in agreement that they will require further <br /> documentation before approval of this Interim Use Permit such as Certificate of Survey <br /> and the Storm Water Prevention and Pollution Plan. <br /> MINUTES i <br /> Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br /> April �6, 2020 <br />
