corporations, companies, divisions, predecessors, successors and assigns, and each and all of its
<br />or their directors, officers, employees, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and other agents, of
<br />and from any and all claims, demands, agreements, contracts, covenants, actions, suits, causes of
<br />action, obligations, controversies, costs, expenses, accounts, damages, judgments, losses, and
<br />liabilities, of whatsoever kind or nature, in law, equity or otherwise, whether known or unknown,
<br />whether or not concealed or hidden, which they have had, may have had or now have, or which
<br />any of their predecessors, successors or assigns hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason
<br />of any matter, causes or thing whatsoever, whenever arising, to and including the date of this
<br />Agreement, except that the parties to this Agreement do not release the Bank from the
<br />performance of its obligations hereunder. The release of this Article 3 shall be binding upon all
<br />parties to this Agreement and all of its subsidiary and affiliated corporations, commissions,
<br />entities, and all trustees and receivers.
<br />�' 4. Acknowledgment.

<br />The parties hereto acknowledge that they have entered into the foregoing Release freely
<br />and voluntarily upon their own information and investigation. The parties hereto acknowledge
<br />that they are aware that each of the them and their attorneys may discover facts different from or
<br />in addition to the facts that they now know or believe to be true with respect to the subject
<br />property and/or the foregoing release, but that it is the intention to and it hereby does fully,
<br />finally, absolutely and forever settle any and all claims, disputes and differences which now
<br />exist, may exist or have ever existed in favor of the parties hereto against the Bank. The
<br />foregoing release shall operate as a full and complete release between and among the parties
<br />notwithstanding the discovery of any different or additional facts.
