4. Applicant shall install fencing on all sides of the excavation area as a safety barrier, <br /> as indicated on attached Exhibit B. <br /> 5. The applicant shall furnish a bond in the amount that is acceptable to the City <br /> Engineer and the Planning Commission to serve as a guarantee that the restoration <br /> and rehabilitation requirements are met to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> 6.
