2. Summer Maintenance: Mowing ditches to prevent tall weeds, shrubs, and <br /> tree growth; grading to maintain proper slope and surface; shouldering as needed <br /> and minor maintenance(potholes) <br /> 3. Significant Maintenance: More significant maintenance, rehabilitation, and <br /> repairs will be done with the approval of both the City Council and the Township <br /> Board. If approval is not given,materials can be denied. Costs will be split in <br /> proportion to road ownership as noted on the attached Shared Road Agreement <br /> Maps. <br /> 4.
